Today the Vikings had to make five roster moves to get out to 85 players.
With speculation and debate about maybe a surprise cut this time it looks like they decided to cut pretty much obvious people.
Cuts:
Waived – RB Jake Bargas, OLB Andre Mintze, DL Tyraise Stevenson, WR Thomas Henningan
Vested Vet/ contract terminated – CB Tye Smith
None of these players had a real shot of making the team besides maybe Tye Smith. After the next preseason game look for more significant/substantial cuts.
